Welcome to Community Health Services. Thanks for taking a look at one of the areas most respected health care systems providing medical/dental care.
Since 1970, our organization has been recognized nationally, as well as in Northwest Ohio as a provider of high quality affordable health care. We have been voluntarily accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) since 2000. The care we provide meets or exceeds standards set for the health care industry, however, it is our expertise in Diabetic and Asthma care that surpasses many other providers in care.
All of our physicians are Board Certified in their respective areas and provide care in Pediatrics, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, Podiatry, sports medicine and many other disciplines. In addition to excellent care, all of our employees in each of our medical and dental offices are committed to bringing you the highest standards of customer service. Community Health Services is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).
Community Health Services has been accredited by The Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) since 2000. This accreditation provides Community Health Services with professional advice that allows staff education toward improving patient care and quality of the services provided.
