Lab Services are provided by Pathology Laboratories to both CHS patients and patients of other practices/providers in the community.

These services are not a part of the routine visit to a doctor’s office and therefore, a patient’s insurance will be billed or for self-pay patients, they will receive a separate invoice for these services.

For CHS self-pay patients, Path Labs honors CHS’ sliding fee scale for all lab testing. Our main office on Birchard Avenue houses the lab with a full time Phlebotomist who is available weekdays during normal business hours, however some testing can be completed at our satellite offices. All laboratory testing must be ordered by our provider.
